Enmarket presented check to Savannah outreach program
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTGS) — Enmarket and Healthy Savannah presented $1,000 to Park Place Outreach (PPO) as part of the 2019 Enmarket Encourage Health Series Tuesday morning.
The check presentation was followed by a service day at the Park Place Outreach house with volunteers from Enmarket.
PPO was the first non-profit organization recipient to receive a $1000 grant from the 2019 Enmarket Encourage Health Education Series. PPO is one of four area non-profit organizations that will receive a $1,000 grant as part of the 2019 series. Park Place Outreach- Youth Emergency Services supports runaway, homeless, and at-risk young people, ages 11 through 21-years-old, through residential and after-school programs.
Enmarket representatives volunteered at the House in the sun garden by planting fresh herbs and cleaning up the yard and sidewalks.
This marks the sixth year for the Enmarket Encourage Health Education Series. Park Place Outreach (PPO) was the first Non-Profit Organization recipient to receive a $1000 grant from the 2019 Enmarket Encourage Health Education Series.
