SAVANNAH, Ga.-Savannah’s soon-to-open 9,500-seat sports and entertainment arena will be named Enmarket Arena through a partnership between Enmarket, the growing convenience-store chain based in Savannah, the City of Savannah and Oak View Group Facilities (the arena operator) announced.
“The Enmarket Arena will be a premier destination for top-quality live entertainment,” said Peter Luukko, chairman, Oak View Group Facilities. “Every time there is an event at Enmarket Arena, it will reinforce the chain’s long-standing support and commitment to the community.”
“Enmarket’s partnership with Oak View Group and the City of Savannah extends a long history of supporting Savannah’s vibrant music, sports and arts scene,” said Brett Giesick, president, Enmarket. “The opening of the Enmarket Arena will be an exciting moment for Savannah. The arena will expand live entertainment options in Southern Georgia by hosting national top touring concerts, comedians, private meetings, family shows, the new Savannah Professional Hockey Team, other sporting events and more. The Enmarket Arena will feature 12 luxury suites, five lodge boxes and a party suite.
